Why we built this

Every organization shares documents externally. Contracts, reports, spreadsheets, proposals. Most of them contain information that should never leave the building.

The existing solutions either block shares entirely (killing productivity) or scan with basic keyword matching that misses everything contextual. Neither works. So employees find workarounds, IT loses visibility, and sensitive data leaks silently.

Dataguard was built to solve this differently. It reads every word of every document against your actual privacy regulations and company policies, then strips the sensitive content automatically before the share goes through. The document still gets sent, clean. The employee sees exactly what was removed and why. Every share is logged for audit.
